SeoulVeda is an innovative food brand focused on creating India’s first millet-based Korean-inspired noodle range. We are building a unique fusion category by combining India’s ancient super-grain millets with globally trending Korean flavors, offering healthy, flavour-rich, and culturally exciting food options for the new-age consumer. Problem Being Solved Traditional instant noodles in India are primarily wheat-based and high in refined flour, preservatives, and artificial additives. Health-conscious consumers, parents, and young working individuals are increasingly seeking convenient yet nutritious alternatives without compromising taste and excitement. Simultaneously, Korean cuisine has seen a sharp rise in demand in India driven by K-pop, K-dramas, and cultural influence — yet available Korean noodle products are either wheat-based, imported at a premium price, or lack localized nutrition benefits.
