SFM SOLUTIONS has a long history in the cleaning industry, Owned and Operated by husband and wife team BHAMINI & both of whom grew up in the cleaning industry. BHAMINI started doing HOME AND ONE TIME CLEANING and commercial cleaning at the age of 18 with his family’s janitorial business, and BHAMINI spent her early years doing construction cleanup and janitorial work with her family’s construction company. She grew up in an entrepreneurial family which greatly influenced her eye for detail and passion for excellence. and she started cleaning houses professionally in 2008 as a part time job for extra pocket money. AT DUBAI She immediately began getting referrals from her small group of clients and became so busy she quickly realized she needed help. She hired her first employee and SFM SOLUTIONS was born in 2009.To date, we have grown very fast and based almost purely on word-of-mouth, referrals from clients and a little advertising. As of mid-2016 we have a total of 900+ employees (and growing!) and SFM spends much of her time training and developing the teams to continually improve cleaning techniques and efficiency. We are the epitome of a small, local company whose owners are highly involved and are dedicated to providing an excellent experience to our clients.
