To place to reserve or to distribute as bonus shares the money arising from the sale by the Company of forfeited shares in conformity with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and to promote, from and to be interested in and take, hold and disposes of shares in any other Company having objects similar, altogether or in part to those of this Company.
