Youth mental health is a major problem and the incidence of mental illness continues to rise. Our purpose is to equip children with the integral skills they need to thrive in life. A pre-emptive mental health platform for children. It's a movement and we wish to empower them with mindfulness, meditation, and provide them with accessible lifelong tools to lead a happy, healthy, joyful life with an open mind. Mindfulness in education at schools through SaaS platform, at homes, and in everyday life through a mobile app. Shining Mind has an extensive network of mindfulness experts across the country, regional, and rural levels to work on it efficiently for creating mindful generations. Shining Mind team has been working in the field for 15 years spreading mindfulness and meditation in India and across the world.
