Shizero Energies is building a business around using low-grade manganese ore to produce high-purity manganese sulfate (HPMSM) and other cathode active materials (CAM) used in lithium-ion batteries.We are starting with ore sourced from Eastern India and converting it into battery-grade materials through a refining process developed with support from CSIR-IMMT Bhubaneswar.In the next phase, we will also source raw materials from lithium-ion battery recyclers in India, and process them further to produce battery-grade CAM.Our aim is to create a local supply chain for key battery materials using both natural ore and recycled feedstock.
