Sheesha Intends to tap this Market under RESCO Model or CAPEX EMI wherein, we do the Initial Investments and signup Long term PPA with them. All projects will go through a Comprehensive Strict Scrutiny to ensure Project's Financial Viability through Financials Strength, 3 years Energy Bill Payments track, Ratings, Industry and growth potential. Risks are optimally Managed as well as Mitigated through: 1) Developer's risks: Off taker needs to submit BG equivalent to 3 to 6 months Bill amount Comprehensive Insurance Policies which cover: 1) Solar Assets from accidents, fire. (natural as well as accidents) 2) Change in Govt Policies / Grid Tariff(Very Critical factor) 3) Generation Guarantee from EPC (through BG from them) ensuring No shortage in energy supply to off-taker(Client) 4) Rare Possibility of Bill arrear (unforeseen circumstances) We would be doing Both rooftops as well as ground-mounted Projects.
