Shri Malhari Impex Private Limited is a new startup with an intention to provide desired Electrical or Electronics Products and components by import or exports to Indian and International buyers. The focus in particular will be on new products, technologies, critical components which are not easily available to any buyer in both Indian and International market. The critical electronic components, Switchgear, Transformer related products and components shall be made available from India to International buyers and from International Market to Indian buyers using the relationship and past experience of more than 30 years in this field. The Market and requirements of these items is growing with a CAGR of 5% to 6% and having a huge potential to grow both business and margins.The global perception about India and Indian products is changing rapidly and this will help while spreading the business across the globe.Initially the business will focus on Import and exports related to switchgear products and components like Auto-Reclosers, Sectionalizers, Vacuum Switchgears, Breakers, Vacuum Interrupters , Vacuum Contactors, electronics controllers, electrical switchgear testing equipments, items, parts required for renewable Energy etc.. which will be later on expended to other critical products not barring up to Semi Conductors and related components..The business is now ready to launch with all approvals and registrations in place including CIN, GSTN, IEC, PAN etc..
