To carry on, in any part of India, the business of ginning, pressing, bailing or otherwise packing of cotton, kapas, yarn, waste or all kinds of raw materials, whether synthetic, artificial or natural, yarn, waste, hemp, jute or other fibrous materials and cultivation of such raw materials and mercantile business that may be necessary or expedient and to purchase and vend raw materials and manufactured articles. 2. To carry on the business of extracting, manufacturing and refining oils and fats; of manufacturers of, and dealers in varnish, paint and polish; and to purchase, sell and deal in oils, fats, soaps, woods, timber, seeds, grain and the other products of the soil. 3. To treat, cure, submit to any process, or manufacture and prepare for market, buy, sell, warehouse, transport, trade and deal in palm fruit, palm oil, palm kernels, edible oils, oil cake, cattle foods and any similar products, oils, and foods, and any other product derived from vegetable oils or of which vegetable oil forms a part. 3. To carry on business as oil brokers, merchants and factors, oil blenders, boilers, refiners, distillers, separators, waste oil dealers, soap manufacturers, vegetable oil storage contractors, warehousemen, shippers, forwarding agents, carriage proprietors, coal, coke and fuel merchants, carriers and haulage contractors, and oil cake, fertilizer and food stuffs manufacturers and dealers; and all other allied products and by-products and the preparation of all or any of the said products or substances and for that purpose to maintain, erect, establish and work oil mills and factories. 4. To carry on the business of extracting or manufacturing or producing synthetic edible, inedible or vegetable oil either by crushing or by chemical or any other process from copra, cottonseed, linseed, castor seed, groundnuts, till or any other nut or seed or other oil-bearing substance whatsoever.
