The facility aims to cater to both domestic and international demand for high-quality modular construction products, with a total installed production capacity of 200,000 sq mtrs. per annum on a single shift basis. The total project cost is Rs.3,810 Lakhs to be financed through Rs.2,000 Lakhs in term loans, Rs.500 Lakhs through cash credit, and Rs.1,310 Lakhs promoter’s contribution. The business is categorized into Green Industry as per Central Pollution Control Board 2025 guidelines and is poised to benefit from the increasing infrastructure, pharmaceutical, and clean room demand in India and overseas markets.
