Usually, the preferred Idly dosa batter is just plain mix of water, urad dal and rice. Our current product is a multigrain Idly Dosa Batter with goodness of Natural fibre & good quality protein from wheat germ. This is an innovative product from formulation angle and the process we have adopted to incorporate other grains like Barley etc in traditional formulation of a Idly dosa batter. Initially, our plan is to produce and market the item at 1 ton per day and going forward it will be several notch higher. In our opinion, it will lead to greater job creation in Karnataka for unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled workers and technocrats. We have a strong innovation funnel with several nutritious innovative products which are on the verge of launching.
