we are an 18-month-old cloud kitchen startup! we've been serving 180-210 customers from a captive kitchen for the past 6 months through our own SHUFFL Android APP and now that we have data on behavioral and customer communications we have developed a flow which can help consumers plan their meal for the whole month and also have the benefit of changing their meal, preferred time and delivery location which helps them to pay less than what they've been actually spending. we are launching our 2nd version of the android app and the first version of the iOS app in month's time. In this process and time, we've launched 4 brands that we serve through aggregators. Repeat-O (Low carb desi meals) Rozkhao (Authentic South and North Indian) KaShaShawarwa ( Truly Hyderabadi Shawarma) IT's Party Macha!! (its a party ordering platform for party sizes ranging from 3-60 pax) 'Shuffl' on its own is a food planning tool that can take away the plausible screen time From the operations perspective, it gives us the luxury of planning for exactly that is needed with which we can aim for a zero wastage model. As we've been operating from our savings up until this point and going forward to expand we lack the incumbents but not the spirit and spunk to achieve it.
