Shunya Mind is a cognition-technology startup building a structured diagnostic and stabilization system that improves the internal learning conditions required for reliable academic performance. Unlike traditional coaching or content platforms, Shunya Mind focuses on measuring and improving how students learn — not just what they study. Our system operates through a three-layer stack: 1. Diagnostic Layer We have developed proprietary diagnostic frameworks including: • Student Friction Index (SFI) • Cognitive Availability Index (CAI) • Cognitive Load Index (CLI) These indices measure cognitive stability, learning interference, load imbalance, and emotional disruption that impact academic consistency. 2. Stabilization Layer The Learning Friction Reduction System (LFRS) is a structured intervention protocol designed to reduce dominant cognitive friction domains such as load instability, switching cost, emotional interference, and rhythm misalignment. 3. Optimization Layer (Under Development) An AI-enabled Cognition Engine is being developed to track learning patterns, adjust study conditions dynamically, and prevent performance breakdown across long exam preparation cycles. The model serves: • B2C students (NEET, JEE, K12) • B2B institutions (schools, coaching institutes) • Enterprise licensing and analytics integration Together, these layers function as an integrated cognition operating framework designed to improve long-cycle academic reliability. The system is deployable in both low-tech classroom environments and scalable SaaS-based digital infrastructure. Initial pilot deployments are being structured with exam-preparation learners to validate diagnostic stability metrics and intervention sequencing before full-scale SaaS rollout.
