Innovation & Improvement: SuperHospitality is a voice-first, omni-channel operating system that eliminates the need for manual front-desk intervention. Guests place service requests seamlessly via a custom web app or their native WhatsApp (using voice calls, voice notes, or text)—requiring zero app downloads. Utilizing real-time Audio-to-Audio AI models, our system instantly decodes natural language (including mixed regional languages like Hindi/English), detects guest intent, and autonomously routes actionable tickets directly to the relevant staff endpoint (e.g., routing AC issues straight to engineering). Scalability & Impact: Built on a highly scalable, containerized microservices architecture (Go, Python, LiveKit), our solution allows for rapid, frictionless deployment across enterprise hotel chains.
