Sihi Chocolaterie is a catalyst between Cocoa Bean Farmers and Confectioners. We source dried Cocoa Beans directly from the farmer; process it into couverture (industrial chocolate) in our manufacturing facility. Chocolate makers, Icecream Manufacturers and Patisseries, use the couverture. We train and teach the farmers to rightly harvest and ferment the cocoa beans in their facility which is in turn making them small entrepreneurs at their farms.
