India is witnessing a steady rise in its unattended elderly population, driven by increased life expectancy and the migration of younger individuals from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to metropolitan areas or overseas in pursuit of better opportunities. This demographic shift has left a significant portion of the ageing population without adequate family-based support systems. As a result, elderly individuals—particularly those suffering from musculoskeletal, neurological, psychological, cognitive, spinal, or cardiovascular conditions—often experience limited mobility, reduced independence, and a declining quality of life. The absence of structured, continuous, and specialized care further contributes to the onset of secondary health complications or death. Recognizing this critical gap, Sincerity Remedies LLP has established Sincerity, a Residential Aged Care and Assisted Living Facility in Lucknow. Unlike conventional hospitals, Sincerity is designed as a home-like residential environment that delivers personalized, continuous, and dignity-driven care to elderly individuals and persons with assisted living needs. It is not a hospital. The venture is founded and funded by Mrs. Vibha Tilanthe and Mr. Saksham Gupta, who bring extensive international experience from Australia’s health, disability support, and aged care sectors. Their exposure to global standards enables the integration of best practices in care delivery, safety protocols, and resident-centric service models. At Sincerity, Individualized care plans are developed for each resident at the time of onboarding, with clearly defined goals for the resident. The facility offers multiple residential care formats, nursing and rehabilitation services, disability support, post-hospital care, respite care, at-home care, physiotherapy, nutrition planning, cognitive activities and the rental of medical equipment.
