Indo Kisan Financial Services Pvt Ltd Brief Introduction and Company Profile: Sinod Farmers Producer Company Ltd. “Sinod Group” is engaged in Sales and Marketing of Agriculture Input and Produce along with playing a role to build upon unorganised sectors like cattle feed and organic manure. Sinod Group is professionally managed by a core Management Team of experienced individuals led by visionary entrepreneur Mr. Navin Choudhary in the capacity of Managing Director who have been in the industry for last 20 years and have a strong connect with the channel and business partners in urban and rural space. Mr. Navin Choudhary is an MBA in marketing and finance and have done doctorate in marketing. He is an AMFI & IRDA certified and holds Licentiate qualification from Insurance Institute of India, He comes with industry experience into financial and agriculture industry and have worked with companies like ICICI Bank, Kotak and IFFCO subsidiaries dealing into Banking, Insurance and Agri based products. He has vast experience in launching new ventures and products in his prior roles and have expertise in building upon channel distribution and vast team management. In his last assignment he was working as Chief Marketing Officer with IFFCO Kisan. We are supported with a team of professionals from financial and agriculture industry with the average experience of 10 years and individuals with their expertise into diversified segments. Sinod Group is truly inspired by “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” campaign launched by Govt. of India and expanding its foot print across India in association with the State-of-art technology manufacturers with strong focus to come up with best of products and practices at the best competitive price to our customers keeping hygiene, food safety and quality as first priority to ensure that the products are free from any contamination and safe for human and animal consumption. Presently Sinod Group is operational in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jaharkhand, Gujarat and Karnataka. We are working with professionals from Industry to cater the need of customers and provide them best of products with commitment to increase the avenues for new businesses and to create jobs at all levels. Under Sinod group we have got registered for Trade Mark in four areas with the name of “Indo Feed” for Cattle Feed, “Indo Shakti” for organic manure, “Indo Pure” for fmcg products and “Indo Finance” for our financial services. This is with objective to connect with the farmers as suppliers and provide them with needed assistance in entire eco system. We intend to venture into our own warehousing and small level processing units which can be replicated via franchisee option at local level to help farmers earn fair and more and on the other side provide better quality products to consumers. IKFSL is incorporated as a subsidiary of Sinod FPC with a long-term view to get engaged at all level of customers in urban and rural India to provide them financial solutions under one umbrella. We are all poised and firmly moving towards our goal to become a fast track organization to give all solutions related to financial products including loans, insurance and investments. We are in process to look at our own landing in rural and small-scale sectors in coming days with virtue of being supported by our parent company i.e. Sinod Group. IKFSL have started operations from Rajasthan, Jaipur being our head office and in very short span of time we are catering the needs of customers in Rajasthan and from our Delhi zonal office. We intend to take our foot prints to all major cities like Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Chandigarh in first phase of operations and soon to expand in other geographies including. We have tied-up with leading 48 banks and financial institutions on pan India basis operations as a leading corporate to help customers get the best of the consultancy and to cater their loan requirements. Gradually we would like to start with small ticket size landing in rural space under the umbrella of FPC by inviting membership to them.
