We provide scientific evidence based holistic lifestyle program comprising of 1. Nutritional therapy 2. Guided Intermittent Fasting 3. Curated physical exercises 4. Sleep Therapy 5. Stress Management 6. Continuous daily monitoring to help Clients lose weight, control PCOS and manage Diabetes better. Our 100 Days Daily Monitoring program has been very effective in helping clients achieve their health goals. In the last 2+ years we have served more than 2500 clients from across the globe. Most of our clients are referred by Doctors especially Gynaecologists, GPs and Orthopaedics. Our strength derives from the synergy of a professional management team with a professional medical team. Our professional medical team comprises of Doctors who are also lifestyle medicine specialists, Registered Dietitans, Nutritionists and Mind-Body Medicine specialists. Dr Spoorthi Arun, MD Int Med ( ABIM) is our Chief Medical Adviser and she is Director - Clinical Services of Indian Society of Lifestyle Medicine ( ISLM). Our Core Management team comprises of alumnus of IIMs and NITs with more than 80 years of collective management experience.
