Skillbee is the largest blue collar platform across UAE with 1M+ blue collar workers from 15+ nationalities and 30,000 employers. They've emerged as the default destination for workers to find a job and for top companies to find talent, hiring across varied industries including Construction, Manufacturing and Retail. They've established their presence as a job board in UAE and expanding rapidly in the international recruitment market. The company was launched in April 2020 when both of the founders had seen the problem of hiring blue collar workers first-hand in Singapore and the kind of exploitation that they had to undergo. Post this, both the founders decided to move back to India and incorporated Skillbee as the trustworthy destination for all workers to get jobs abroad. In the past 24 months, Skillbee has helped over 10,000 workers Indian workers get jobs in Dubai, and now are expanding into Europe rapidly. In the next 12 months, we target to send over 2,000 workers years from India abroad in Gulf, Europe and other aspirational geographies.
