We offer a platform to bridge the gap of demand and supply between corporate world and well trained, experienced, committed workforce of military background We map the industry roles for ex-servicemen appropriate to their experience and trainings that they have received during services. Skillster is a social enterprise that offers employability enhancement support to Ex-servicemen, Battle casualty soldiers, War widows, Military spouses and Graduate dependents in their transition from the military to the civil world of work.
