Hey there! Solving business challenges could get really frustrating sometimes. *Sigh* Don't worry, we've been there too but the good news is we want to show you what we have learned! As we all are here, constantly striving to grow our business, many of us have somehow ended up getting stuck in routine stuff. In a quest to become more efficient, companies end up introducing a host of inefficiencies. Companies now have multiple sources of information: CRMs, ERPs, accounting systems, internal spreadsheets etc. In their efforts to avoid information silos among their “efficiency boosting technologies”, the inefficiencies begin to play their part. Eventually they start loosing business agility, giving their competitors an opportunity to get ahead of them. To close the efficiency gap and maintain data flow across various software, we keep coming up with solutions which we like to call “jugaad” in India. And not just us, but also the employees use some work arounds here and there and lose focus on value added tasks. While this jugaad works like a charm sometimes, but in the long run it restricts our business growth because we find it hard to adapt a systematic approach for an automated business workflow. With increase in such business complexities, the number of processes you automate should increase correspondingly which will help you close this efficiency gap. Well, so here is the deal: if you are willing to automate your business process through RPA technology then we can either do it for you or we will show you how to do it!
