The company i.e. M/s Skydecor Laminates Private Limited incorporated on 06.11.2019 (as wholly owned subsidiary of M/s Ekstaze India Private Limited) under the provision of Companies Act, 2013 at its registered office at D-5/1, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase -II, New Delhi -110020 with the object to manufacture PVC Laminates. The company established its unit for manufacturing of PVC Laminates at Plot No -136, Ecotech Extension, Grater Noida, U.P-201310 Directors of the Company: Mr. Utsav Garg & Mr. Manoj Kumar Bansal are the directors of the company. PVC LAMINATES: PVC laminates are the latest trend in the making of kitchen and office cabinets. They are available in flashy colors, various designs, and the flexibility of bending up to 90 degrees. This flexibility gives durability to a PVC laminate, and also, it can be easily applied at the edges too.
