Skill development training for engineering students is very rare to find. 90% of engineering students left unskilled by the end of their graduation. It's only due to the fact that they don't learn practically neither do they work in their hand. We have introduced unique skill courses for engineering students where every student has to learn & work of his own. The training will be of 20 % theory and rest practical. For example; one of our courses named as vehicle designing & Manufacturing, a student is supposed to learn each step of manufacturing of a vehicle starting from concept design of a vehicle till its manufacturing & testing. By the end of the training students find they are skilled in more than 5-6 different domains. We are inviting industries to set up their regional training centers at our infrastructure with their equipment & machines. We mobilize students in various courses and run various programs in that training center. This helps industries to spread awareness of their product among youth and contribute as a part of their CSR. In the training center students can learn, understand, overhaul the machines and become skilled. We are working to create a hub of regional training centers of all kind of industry where students can take training and become industry ready. We are running post-graduation and diploma courses for engineering students, where we are providing skill and placement. By focusing more on skill training, we have been able to provide jobs to our students.
