We work to improve the welding sector that constitutes a big part of the capital goods sector. With over 70% of the manufactured product today involving welding as an operation, it is imperative that we have a very skilled welding workforce. At IndiaWelds We assess, measure, analyse the technology, knowledge and skill gap in the welding and manufacturing industry and mitigate the same through training and consultancy services. It is not possible to achieve the manufacturing excellence unless we have a skilled and trained workforce. Automation, AI/ML, IoT, Digitalisation, Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, Cobots are technologies that industries must adopt. However, for this, we need a future ready workforce thats skilled and trained in basic technology. At IndiaWelds, as we train and skill the welders, we actually measure the skill of welders through our uniquely designed Skill Matrix, (since we cannot improve what we cannot measure), thereby justifying RoI for every amount spent by organisations on Welding Training. Our welding training program is in sync with the national level course as rolled out by NCVET. Besides, we are also into designing industry relevant courses as we have done for IISSSC and designed the qualification pack for Heavy Fabrication of Stainless Steel. We are also the bridge between industry and academia, providing R&D services for the industry through the academia. Hence we are working to improve the welding sector in the manufacturing and fabrication industry.
