The company is planning to design and create a nature friendly ecosystem suitable for IT professionals to work in a nature friendly environment. The project will be having waterbodies, walkways, Food kiosks, indoor and outdoor play areas, gym, day care centers for children, Office Space for Small IT Companies and Incubation and Acceleration space for startups. The focus of the center is to improve creativity and productivity of IT professionals by experiencing nature and reducing stress in concrete offices. The Smartbiz bay will be providing facility to IT Companies for collaboration, learning and socializing. The social infrastructure available in Smartbiz Bay will be open to the entire SEZ/ Infopark employess and will be a center of attraction in entire Smart City. The design will be state of art showing the Kerala culture and tradition with latest technology and global experience. The infrastructure of the project includes permanent IT Building and temporary structures surrounding the water body. A self-sustainable water body will be created with required flora and fauna suitable for local conditions. A suitable commercial model of aquaculture will be adopted for maintaining the water quality. The visitors will be allowed to do rod fishing and other suitable water sports like boating etc for their recreation and entertainment. All the activities will be designed for balancing work life and stress levels of the IT professionals.
