Smartfurntech solutions (OPC) pvt ltd is a startup registered and recognized by Startup Bihar department which was registered in Oct 2021 to start with R&D. Brand name under this startup is SKYBOT. We have 2 innovative concepts under this brand: 1) Smart ceiling electro-panel with IOT enabling (a basic version of it you can find on our website) and 2nd concept 2)Smart ceiling fan incorporating digital display with AI enabled features. We have successfully worked on our 1st concept, created prototype and now approaching investors for seed funds whereas for the 2nd concept we are in middle of its R&D. We need to file patents related to both of our innovations, hence the startup recognition certificate would help our bootstrapped startup to get the exemptions and other support related to startup schemes making us eligible. Our target market: We are catering new house owners in the field of home interiors & construction market, specifically the ceiling segment of this market where we find least innovation & competition. Its a growing INR 8,000 crores annual market in India and 10x globally. Business model: We are into B2B business model where we offer our products to leading home interior brands as they have established chin of showrooms PAN India, as well as electronics showrooms like Croma & reliance digital. We would collaborate with Bluedart for our logistics whereas Amazon & Flipkart with take care of the logistics for the orders from their ecommerce website. Revenue model: Our source of revenue would be from the B2B sales at gross margin 20% initially, amounting up to 50% in next 3 years. Our online D2C sales with gross margin 50% to start with. Hence revenue comes from sales of physical products.
