SmartGreen Aquaculture’s Grow Out Unit is spread out across an area of 4000 sq mts and it is the largest RAS unit in the country. The total water volume is 36 lakh liters, and the RAS system is designed to handle 360MT of rainbow trout per year. There is a total of 44 Grow Out tanks of various sizes (5.20m, 6.0 m, 7.2 m, 9.8m diameter). The tanks are made up of food grade stainless steel (SS304) The system is equipped with state-of-the-art filtration system to ensure the best living conditions for the fish to grow and live without any stress. The entire shed area is covered with specialty puff panels that help in maintaining the water temperature with respect to the set parameters, all the puff panels are made with food grade materials. The production capacity is 1 ton per day.
