Ltd. is into Advanced technology for residential and commercial infrastructure for making and creating a comfort zone for end users. Product or service definition Our product SmartWayHome is a simple, realistic, scalable, and affordable solution created with technology. It is a futuristic and simplified version of seamless process integration which in turn delivers object-oriented solution platforms for diverse needs of community management. Market information We have done surveys in the entire city and get Very positive feedback through all the surveys done of various well-established societies. Society members also suggest some things which are also important in our project and we implement it. Market Objectives To incorporate maximum societies PAN India (near 1 million) and take over the complete management of the residential and commercial societies. Strategy and Implementation Once we receive the funds we will be doing advertisements And publicity through media that is radio and newspapers. Also, we are going to hire a marketing team for all the cities for organizing committee meetings and closures of deals. Around 1000 societies in Ahmedabad itself are facing lots of issues due to the functional problems of the committee so our marketing staff will be converting them into our clientele. Surveys have already been done but we need to organize lunch meetings in clubs for the decision-makers and also spend on functions in their societies.
