We at Sneha Adwani Fashions LLP are setting up our e-commerce website wherein we are also targeting global market. We are coming up with a Women’s Formal Wear range that has Indian sensibility/ feel/aesthetics to it. In future, we plan to come up in SIS (shop in shop) retail model. Our target is to make our label a global brand in near future. 1) What is the problem start-up solving? a) There is a difference in the body shape of the women in our country. b) Our brand provides the same design in a small size and in plus sizes up to 5XL, which no ethnic brand is providing. c) We are addressing the needs of women with larger sizes with more diverse trends and accessible affordable price points. 2) How does the startup propose to solve this problem? a) By sourcing the fabric locally from our Indian artisans from rural parts of India. b) We source our fabrics from Sanganer in Rajasthan and Chanderi in Madhya Pradesh; which gives employment to the local craftsmen which in turn makes the products affordable. 3) What is the uniqueness of solution? a) Our USP is our products that fit to all Indian women sizes, and make them feel confident, comfortable in their own skin no matter how big you are. 4) How does startup generate revenue? a) We are coming up with our own website and plan to collaborate with Online platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, Ajio. b) We further plan to come up with SIS (shop in shop) retail model. c) We target to make our brand global, and export our products.
