The company was founded by Ms. Shabnam Kumari, a homemaker-turned-entrepreneur with deep insights into traditional food practices, and Mr. Kumar Ankit, a young first-generation entrepreneur with formal education and expertise in digital marketing and brand building. The journey of Soan Foods began with a restaurant-led model, designed to validate recipes, understand consumer preferences, and refine product quality directly from market feedback. This hands-on approach enabled the company to gain strong insights into taste profiles, operational efficiency, and demand patterns.
