We are SolaBot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We developed Solar Panel Cleaning Robot (SolaBot) for solar energy generation companies and individual owner of solar power plant weather it is a rooftop or utility scale. Solabot Increases solar power plants profit up to 15%. Fleet of SolaBots can efficiently and effectively clean entire solar panels in a solar power plant every day, without any human interface, without water, without any operational cost, without monitoring, without damaging solar panel, without harming environment. (A) Daily Cleaning Robust and light weight design of SolaBot makes it capable to clean solar panels on daily bases or as per requirement. It can regularly clean solar panels even if there will be no sunlight for three days. Daily cleaning from SolaBot at night or early in the morning removes smallest amount of dust and soil from panel surface so when sun rise, solar panel can produce maximum energy throughout the year. (B) Water Free Most solar power plants have minimum water resources. SolaBot do not use even a single drop of water for cleaning solar panels so no bore well required, no water reservoir required, no commercial water purifier system required, No expensive pipes fitting and sprinkle system required, and no water tanker required. (C) Automatic SolaBot is a micro processor controlled robotic system. Sensors & algorithm helps SolaBot in taking smart decisions. Once fitted on its docking station it can automatic clean entire array of solar panels as per schedule. A dedicated solar panel is fitted on each SolaBot to charge its battery. No operator is required, no need of monitoring. Just fit it, forget it. All cleaning data and controls can be access on mobile phone. (D) Solar Panel Friendly This is the lightest robot in its segment that is why it does not put stress on solar panels. High quality polyurethane wheels swiftly moves SolaBot on the rigid aluminum frame of solar panels. Our test found that after cleaning solar panels for 40 years with SolaBot, there were no new scratches on glass surface of solar panels. Same test also proves that there is no negative effect on output of solar panel after cleaning it with SolaBot. Daily cleaning not only improve solar panels efficiency but also extend life of them. (E) No Operational Cost A dedicated solar panel on each SolaBot makes it energy independent. Timer setting enables it to automatically start cleaning at scheduled time or as and when required.
