India has one of the largest gaming community and are unorganised players and lack of platform 7- Over millions of people play games daily but they dont have any platform to show there talent and skilled to world 8- So rexar will these people by giving thm opportunity to show there talent 9- Esports community is very big and increasing daily more gamers are interesting in playing games 10-Where indian government also helping people bu encouraging the to play esports 11-Lack of clear government policy slows down official recognition, investments, and sponsorships. 12 - Lack of proper gaming arenas, studios, and training facilities. 13- Lack of awareness that esports can be a real career (player, caster, analyst, coach, manager, event organizer).14-This makes careers unstable and discourages long-term planning.15 -Esports Federation of India is pushing for recognition.16-Government slowly acknowledging esports as a sport (Asian Games 2023 participation was a step)17 -Growing streaming ecosystem (YouTube Gaming, Loco, Rooter, etc.).18 -The main problems are lack of clear regulations, weak infrastructure, poor ecosystem management, unstable games, and no structured player development path.
