Avenuor is a home asset management platform that helps Indian households track their appliances, vehicles, documents, warranties, and service schedules in one place. Most urban families own assets worth several lakhs but have no system to manage them — warranties expire unnoticed, service dates are missed, and important documents are lost. Avenuor solves this by giving every home a single, organized digital record of all its assets and reminders. The platform is currently in the MVP stage, with an initial focus on Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. The long-term vision is to become the operating system for home and asset management across Indian households and small institutions.
