As of now, there are very limited to NO options for different scales of developers to raise working capital from, and the options that are present not only take a lot of time for approval/disbursement but also charge very high-interest rates & collateral/security multiples. Since developers themselves are capital-starved, it leads to associated vendors having cashflow issues. To solve this SpaceY uses a unique mix of business model & underwriting to offer an unsecured loan avenue for developers to pay to their vendors by availing working capital in 2-3 days.
