Especially so for people living in upmarket residential colonies and gated societies in metropolitan cities. The Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), the lowest unit of urban democratic set up, play a significant role in self-governance. Hence, the concept of SpideyManage centres around the RWAs.After elaborate research of the urban life and the factors that contribute to the disarray in urban living, it has come up with comprehensive corporate-level enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for the issues that bedevil the management of RWAs or any gated society. Incorporated in 2020, SpideyManage Private Limited is building multimedia mobile applications to help urban Indians manage their lives effectively. The mobile application offers cloud-based smart ERP tools designed to ease administrative tasks of estate managers. The app offers the following innovative solution, viz., • The integrated accounting system, • Streamlined service request management for building users, visitor gate management solution, • Scheduling features for shared facilities and • Internet of things (IoT) based data collection platform for analytics. Since most of the gated infrastructures are administered by RWAs which are still working in pen-and-paper mode or are content with a uniformed man standing at the gate, ours is a revolutionary concept that assures a hassle-free self-governance mechanism based on an innovative solution. More than 45 million people in India live in gated communities and the figure is increasing by 13 per cent year on year. Private security services alone are expected to increase at a rate of 20 per cent over the next few years. Even the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued compulsory security guidelines. Each school gate should be manned by at least 3 security guards on a 24-hour basis. Installation of CCTV systems all along the boundary as well as some additional locations inside the premises. Currently, there are around 15 lakh education institutions in India. So, there is a huge scope for the growth of private security services. Identifying this demand SpideyManage focuses on massive employment generation in private security services based on innovative and IoT based solutions, viz., • Live personnel attendance and performance • Real-time security logs and remote surveillance • Parking space manage. The SpideyManage app and its website are very user-friendly thus offering flexibility in the selection of services. The product is designed in such a manner that the modules can be switched on and off to suit the requirement of the client. This app unleashes the power of the internet by providing dramatically improving communications, maximise operational efficiency, and add significant value to customer relationships.
