Indian diets are unhealthy. Research suggests that average daily calorie consumption in India is below recommended. The calorie share of fruits, vegetables, legumes, meat, fish, and eggs in Indian diets was significantly lower. Calories from protein sources account for only six to eight percent of Indian diets. While the recommended share is 29%. So, to make people adopt a healthier lifestyle, we will be providing natural healthy products which will be easily accessible and affordable to the people of India.
