I am a degree civil engineer belong from a middle class family and i am starting business in my family i am the first generation. my family nobody involve in business, politics and administrative , but my aim and ambition is a successful business man , create employment in my rural area, establish manufacturing unit in my rural areas and create brand image in all over odisha with best quality of product and best service. complete study in 2010 then I started a business in my village market mobile and gas pick up center and same time I join a job on salary 3000 per month at balasore, after 6 month I join job at Bangalore after 6 month job I resigned and started my new journey and start my new career with aim and ambition which is I see from my student life , and then I started my work in my rural area established flay Ash bricks manufacturing unit name.SR BRICKS AND TILES INDUSTRY. in 2012 and this business concept is new so I face versus problem for marketing but I motivate Public and established business after one year and create employment in rural area, but I am not satisfied for this because all people established businesses in market , Township or city area but in local rural are village people are moor unemployment they are need job for employment for his / har family. But nobody's think about this they all are established businesses at town So, as a unemployed civil engineer I tray my Best for create employment in my rural are , I know it's difficult and very expensive but I struggle and start a new business name. SR SAI DRINKS PVT LTD. in 2014 ,( Manufacturing and marketing of Mineral water, soda, white phinaile and distilled water thanks to United Bank of India, Balasore, in support for finance. I started this business with small funds. I am financially not capable for doing business in this time but my aim, ambition and heard work and successfully running my business but very struggling because of no support from government. Still I direct and indirect create employment moor then 100+ and I also doing social work in our society under a trust name. SR Shining ODISHA Foundation. "SAMBHABANA" jointly with students and young people through out our society development program like . Tree plantation, blood donation camp, blood group identify, help to needed people continue support one blind school, one Anatha Ashram and support versus clubs and organize social and calculate program as per my capacity and also support from versus people and organize also. I request government for support me for starting new opportunity of business in my rural area. Various organization and govt of odisha recognize Awards and felicitating me moor then 20 Award achieve. This Story Place in MAKE IN ODISHA Govt. of Odisha Website Rajesh Kumar Mohakud, SR Group. Rajesh is a civil engineer by training and graduated in 2010. Instead of going for a job like everyone else, he chose to tread the path less travelled. He pursued his childhood dream of becoming self-employed in his native place of Soro in Balasore. He started from scratch with a small shop for mobile repairing and then started an agency of Bharat Gas. In 2012, he started a fly ash bricks manufacturing unit named SR Bricks and Tiles Industry. Since this business idea was new for him, he faced various problems regarding marketing. He motivated the people around him and established business after one year of struggle as he was a first generation entrepreneur from a humble background. Rajesh's goal was to bring about economic development in his native village by creating jobs for the local people. In 2014, he set up another business venture SR SAI DRINKS PVT LTD for manufacturing and marketing of mineral water, soda, white phenyl and distilled water thanks to a loan from United Bank of India. With sheer ambition and relentless hard work, Rajesh has created direct and indirect employment for 70+ rural people. He has also employed over 25 ladies, most of whom are widows and had no other means to support themselves. He plans to set up a plastics recycling unit in Soro in the coming years.
