As per the demographic profile of India, we can see that India is producing skilled as well as unskilled labor more rapidly than any other country. A large section of this workforce is comprised of poor and uneducated people. Also, a part of the workforce being females get underutilized as they are not provided opportunity to work. In fact, the sector employing or providing work. The company is set up to eradicate this problem by establishing a organized way to provide permanent employment opportunity for workforce of the country which is currently unemployed or engaged in daily wage work. Also, utilizing the manpower efficiently by providing a better platform to work for the female workforce from the backward section of the society. The company also aims to provide the learning platform where the essential skills could be imparted for raising the unskilled workforce to the skilled sector and providing them with basic education at least so their standard of living could be improved. The company's plan to achieve scalability in its operations is to generate revenue from work contracts where it can consume its workforce acquired from the generation of employment.
