In a time when India was not known to produce many quality engineering products, it took a visionary to break this perception. The Star Group was introduced in 1990 with Star Enterprises and a vision to provide well-engineered, high-quality products to the Indian market at an affordable price. Since then, there was no looking back and in 2006, Aerostar Enterprises Private Limited was born out of the continuous pursuit of perfection. Today, Aerostar is counted amongst the very few ‘Make in India’ success stories in the home appliance industry by the brand name of ZOOM. After conducting extensive market research and study of foreign technologies, we bring forth another unit by the name of Star Smith Export Private Limited and a new brand name of STAR SMITH. We bring a new range of electric water heaters with the innovative German technology and European plant of Blue Diamond glass linged ceramic coated tank and heating element. Our products have energy efficient insulation, and are available in multiple colour options that appeal to the Indian consumers. Many big brands and companies claim that their geysers are like glass linged (not glass linged). But they cheat the consumers by selling polymer coating in the name of glass linged geysers. Our Blue Diamond glass linged ceramic coating offers superior corrosion resistance when compared with stainless steel, or copper-lined tanks, offering protection against premature tank failure caused by the hard water commonly found in India. Exclusive glass linged coating is anti-corrosive to provide the customers with hygienic water and prevent them from skin diseases. We are the manufacturer and exporter of ISI marked and 5 - star rated Blue Diamond Glass Linged Ceramic Coated Tanks, Elements & Electric Instant and Storage Water Heaters from 3 to 100 litres. We are doing OEM for various brands and make them according to the specifications required by the buyers. We have different kinds of models (round, square, vertical, horizontal). Also, there are geysers that we can operate through a mobile app. We are having in house facilities for manufacturing all child parts of the tank, glass coating and geyser assembly. The ceramic glass line coating powder used in these water heaters is produced by a German company by the name of Wendel. It needs to be specially imported from Germany. We are the one and only stockist of this powder in whole India. We are dealing with various big brands and companies which include Havells, VGuard, Kailash, Hotstar, Intex, Indo, R.G. Industries, Lazer India, Luker, Polar, Sujata, Impex, Indcool, North West, Khaitan, Kutchina, Inalsa and many more.
