At present the Application is primarily serving NCR that consist of Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Faridabad. Our objective is to cover all major metros. The Company presently has a 30-member team that comprises of Information Technology, Content, sales and Marketing professionals. Since the Company intends to take these apps across the country, in all metro cities, there is huge potential for employment and wealth creation. Each city ideally would need at least 200-300 persons to provide services to the RWAs. These persons will all be trained people with middle to high income bracket earnings. The scope of growth is exponential and an investor with vision will expedite the process immediately as the proof of concept stage is passed with great appreciation from the RWAs who used them in the test phase in Noida and Dwarka. Besides City Spidey, the Company has also developed two associate products— Spidey Buzz and Spidey Shoppe. The objective of Spidey Buzz is to facilitate an informed public, which links citizens with local authorities. Spidey Shoppe bridges small and medium size neighbour stores facilitating daily requirements of the residents and generating more business when they feel threat of bigger on-line stores. RWAs are emerging as an administrative force in local self-governance. This technology provides a platform that assists in RWA e-governance. No such comprehensive assistance is currently available for the RWAs, which are struggling with chaotic issues relating to the welfare of its residents. City Spidey app provides corporate level ERP solutions to the RWA managements. It offers cloud-based Smart ERP tools designed to make administrative tasks easier for estate managers. It works as a personal assistant, accountant, security officer and HR manager, all in one. It offers an integrated accounting system, streamlined service request management for building users, a visitor gate management solution, scheduling features for shared facilities, and IoT based data collection platform for analytics. City Spidey’s commercial version has incorporated features that facilitates parking among other things. The app and its web back-end are modular in nature offering flexibility in selection of services. The product is designed in such a manner that the modules can be switched on and off to suit the requirement of the client. City Spidey has developed in-house various tools gradually, that enable the residents and their RWAs to effectively and effortlessly address their issues, like, accounts, managing basic services etc. and providing a platform to interact 24/7, thus levelling the management and the managed in their local self-governance. It also provides them an excellent opportunity to be aware about the news and information from their localities that directly affects them, therefore, turning an urban Indian resident into an informed citizen. From micro local services to discussion forums, City Spidey is a one stop-destination for all inter-community and intra-community initiatives. "City Spidey" is the first of its kind in the bouquet of mobile applications that the Company launched in May 2016. The app is already serving various “Resident Welfare Associations” (hereinafter referred to as the “RWAs”) in Delhi and National Capital Region (“NCR”). In the current scenario of increasing migration and urbanization, the RWAs, the lowest unit in urban democratic set up, are playing significant role in local self-governance. City Spidey is providing a technological platform to the RWAs, which gives them interactive tools for effective grass root governance. In addition, the app inculcates social awareness among the residents, prompting them to participate equally and actively in their self-governance. The evolution of mobile phones and its applications in people’s lifestyle has led to proliferation of new technologies with millions of mobile apps available across different platforms used effectively by the people in their everyday living. With the 4G rollout and Government’s Digital India initiative, India is standing at the threshold of a digital renaissance. Steve Medius Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a technology start –up Company with the interests in Internet-enabled mobile device-based technologies with social relevance. Founded in 2013, the Company is building new vistas in multimedia mobile applications that help the urban Indians to manage their urban living effectively. The apps promote and facilitate citizens’ participation in their immediate surroundings while managing their community affairs through these apps. It helps harness the power of self-governance to inform and empower the neighbourhood besides facilitating the residents’ easy access to a wide range of services they need every day.
