Hi there, I am Chinmay Dhuwali founder of Strap Food LLP with 2 ventures Mexibay Mexican Kitchen and Sun Burger. Currently we are a data driven cloud kitchens working to build a community through our brands. We have different things that we are doing to make sure our brands get recognised in Mumbai first and then India. Currently we work on 4 formats, Cloud Kitchen Format, Fulfilment Partner Format, Gymkhana Integrations and Caterings and Pop Ups. I will first explain all the formats in brief to you so you have a better understanding about my brands Cloud Kitchen Format - This format is where we make sure people get to eat our brands food through our cloud kitchen that are available on 4 aggregator platforms - Swiggy, Zomato, thrive and Magicpin. This is a delivery only/ pick up format Fulfilment Partner Format - This is our first mode of expansion, in this we provide incremental profits for restaurants/ cafes through our brands. Here we make sure that our partner who has an under-utilised infrastructure/ resources can earn incremental profit just by plugging in our brands. We have a simple SOP thats set up for both our brands and we only utilise machinery thats usually available at each and every restaurant/ cafe. Gymkhana Integration - Here we have permanent or semi permanent stalls at gymkhanas or clubs on a revenue sharing basis keeping in mind the principals of the Gymkhana Catering and Pop-ups - We also do catering from as less of 20 pax to 2000 pax in a simple 2m X 2m - 4mx2m space depending on the requirement.
