Stratemis HR Technologies, is an AI based HR technology company, driven with a vision of making HR, i.e. Human Resources, instinctive for operating managers through AI driven modular framework. We have been deploying our solutions across the 4 verticals of Core HRMS, Micro HR Solutions, Bots-as-a-Service and Analytics-as-a-Service to Indian customers across different industries. In the current era of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, HR functions across all industries are seeking a strategic approach to analyze and pull actionable insights from the captured data. With our philosophy and this brewing need of the market, Stratemis has taken a conceptual leap into AI/ML -based and aims to boost the entire HR process with extensive Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Image Recognition technology capabilities. Stratemis offers a HR consultative approach by analyzing business processes through deep understanding of its pain points and resolves them with the most suitable product/product bouquet, the objective being providing the optimum solution instead of selling product. This HR-Solution first approach has given us prime inroads into a market mostly driven by ERP giants. Utilizing and mobilizing the resources available in the open source community, we make feature rich products which have inbuilt AI/ML and NLP to make processes paperless as well as seamless. Through our R&D – Incubation center, we have transformed AI/ML from a good to have product feature to MVP feature, i.e. Minimum Viable Product feature. Our APIs further strengthen us as they give us the flexibility of integrating our products into any existing system topology. Stratemis works on a low-cost business model, promoting technological innovation though growth of the young talents joining the work pool every year. Harnessing the freshness and agility of young minds, and bringing in our offerings through the SaaS model, we have in essence made our offerings more affordable to the Small and Medium organizations, at the same time, providing customized high-end niche technology to the bigger Enterprises who still have gaps in their existing HRMS. In next five years we plan to expand to tier 2 and tier 3 cities covering all the 4 zones of India and plan to create a parallel employment generation for new engineering graduates either through on rolls, off rolls and live projects with Stratemis In last 18 months Stratemis has ramped up to 40 members out of which 95% are fresh graduates and have clientele ranging from Manufacturing, Education, BFSI, Banking, Micro Finance, Hospitality, IT & ITES and Retail across the 4 zones of India. With each interaction with the industry leaders, our team incorporates the latest changes of the industry into our products, making them suitable and compatible to any organization across the industry line. The Indian HCM market is projected to reach USD 214 million by 2022 with a CAGR of 12.5% during the forecast period. This growth potential along with the trend of our increasing customer portfolio further inspires us to innovate and bring in AI enabled technology, as we keep bringing in new members to our team from different prestigious Universities in India, making it a technological revolution not only in the HCM industry but also in the Science and Technology community of India.
