STREEBAL FOUNDATION is a registered Non-Profit Organisation established in Mumbai - India, dedicated to transform the world by educating and empowering the women and girls through our well designed SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOPS, SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AND HEALTH EDUCATION. We create a strong mindset and make them realise their true potential to achieve their life goals. STREEBAL FOUNDATION supports and facilitates innovation in the said areas and applies it in empowering and improving the lives of underprivileged sections in a sustainable manner. We partner with academic institutes, NGO's startups to adopt and implement innovative strategies. We are serving various parts of our country in association with our partner NGO WOMEN’S RENAISSANCE CENTRE, serving society since 1993 focusing more on women empowerment, Girl Education, Adolescence Empowerment thru EDP initiatives, Life Skill Development, Women Entrepreneurship empowerment programs, Menstrual hygiene health education for girls and Mental and Physical Health awareness for Children. We strongly believe that Girl education and Women Entrepreneurship is the best way to advance innovative ideas, economically strengthen their lives, and they are being motivated not only to create material value but also to foster social progress. WE ARE PROUD TO inform you that we have been quite successful in our attempts to help people through our various projects & initiatives # We have reached nearly 280 villages’ more than 12000 women and children are served under Rural Development, Women Empowerment, Girl’s education, and many health awareness programs and also the women legal Rights awareness Since 1993. # We are proud to say that we have trained and empowered nearly 10000 women and girls in various parts of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu states through our sell structured Self- Defense Workshops. # Nearly 4000 Adolescence got benefitted thru our Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program # Periodical Menstrual Hygiene Health Education program to Girls OUR GOAL to reach ONE LAKH WOMEN AND GIRLS GETTING EMPOWERED BEFORE MARCH 2024 Sustainable and scalable social impact requires competencies to implement novel processes and solutions on a mass scale, among the communities, including rural, tribal and urban-slums. We Streebal Foundation envisaged providing Women’s Self- Defense Training, skill oriented training, preparing skilled manpower as well as training the vocational and skill oriented people in various fields as per the demands of the self-employed and regional and national labour market to support in poverty alleviation. Adolescence empowerment is always been our priority. As a part of our initiative we have been providing skill development program to provide training to the underprivileged youth in our country also supporting them for placements. We are in association with the SAGE FOUNDATION which is a part of the Shahani Group, have been working for the last “60” years to educate, skill and place students. We are associated with various prestigious colleges including Thadomal Shahani Center for Management to empower and educate them with relevant skills with English communication, Industry Knowledge & soft skills demanded by most corporate recruiters. We are teamed to charter the needs of the society by providing a platform where mainly women and girls are trained towards skills needed in Industry. We have conceptualised the means of providing training by Offline and Online Mode. We are motivated to establish this hybrid model in our program. Our skill development programs aim not just too specific projects or technologies, but also equip the learners to seek better quality of life and livelihood, and offer continuous learning opportunities for further growth in personal and professional achievements.
