Strong Basics Polyrub Pvt. Ltd. is in the business of manufacturing best in class shoe outsoles from Recycled EVA. It is clearly evident from glance at the Indian shoe industry that most of the product offerings are out of the reach of more than 40% of the Indian population which is below poverty line. The low cost products that do exist are poorly built without any structural integrity. Our company is started with the objective of producing wide variety of shoe outsoles that cater to all the segments of the Indian population. The promoters started this business with the vision of reducing plastic waste and with a dream of every Indian citizen having a proper shoe to wear. To achieve these goals we envision to create shoe outsoles from Recycled EVA which are as good as, if not better than the existing product in the market. All this is done using Automated Injection Moulding machines. This business will generate huge employment opportunities for the Indian market and possesses immense wealth creation outlook. All of this manufacturing would be done in India and the raw materials will also be sourced from small Indian businesses and MSME’s. This would lead the Make in India campaign a step forward. Our team is responsive to the changing dynamics of industry and market by integrating break through innovation, new technologies and overall operational excellence. Various markets all over the world have been studied to integrate the best components from everywhere and design the best product for Indian citizens. Keeping in mind that a shoe is one of the most fundamental requirement of every individual, we stress test our product through a 3 stage process to ensure its durability and build quality. Strong Basics Polyrub has adopted eco-friendly processes, keeping a clean facility. We make a commitment to fulfil all statutory and regulatory compliance obligations including protection of environment and prevention of pollution, maintaining good health of man & machinery and paying due respect to mother nature.
