Company Profile Studentrix- The Live Coaching Hub, is the brand name for M/s Studentrix Edutech Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’), an Indian Educational Technology (Edtech) company registered in India, and founded in the year 2020. The company, which is headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, has Shyam Nandan Gautam, Neha Kumari, Rahul Kumar and Shyama Singh as its Founding Partners and Directors. The Company sees itself as a provider of an immersive classroom experience for school students, by offering a thorough delivery system of school curriculum via live classes delivered on the Virtual Instructor Led Model (VILT). The strength of the company's offering is a holistic coverage of all major Indian educational boards and teaching nuances of the entire curricula pertaining to the different boards. Short Term/ Long Term Goal With the current changes and dynamism being witnessed in learning preferences of students, driven by a demand for more interactive and focused teaching methodologies and pedagogies by new-age parents, the Company has decided to step in and serve students of Grades 8 to 10, across India. The core intent of the Company’s offering is in providing a success-driven curriculum delivery mechanism, that is designed to equip the student with all wherewithal to succeed in the crucial school and board examinations. The reason for having chosen Grades 8 to 10 is because these are the foundational years when a student’s onward learning is greatly determined as a factor of her/ his performance in these 3 years. Hence, the Company wishes to firm itself as the de facto choice for students of Grades 8 to 10 and their parents. Going forward, the Company would like to enhance its umbrella of offering to cover a wider basket of learners, across the spectrum from Primary level to Senior Secondary. It is also envisioned that using the expertise gained in the space of the VILT Model, the Company would also cater to aspirants of competitive examinations such as UPSC, CS, SPSC, Medical, Engineering etc. How our idea is unique Benchmarking our idea against other major players in the Edtech domain, the Company’s offering is novel in terms of the singularity of approach it has with respect to providing an ‘Exam oriented, Live-coaching model’. Our Company focuses on live tutoring for the student community as we feel that the said model is the most efficient way for knowledge dissemination to students across age-groups. We do not include the live-learning model as an add-on, and likewise, all our faculty is equipped and trained to deliver learning modules in a real-time environment. To further strengthen the knowledge imparted by faculty, we also include courseware designed by Academic experts, however that is a part of the offering we have, with a sharp focus on a real-time, virtual classroom. How will it be useful for the student community Our model shall prove to be immensely valuable to our students in the following ways: 1. Benefitting from a real-classroom experience, where concepts are explained and doubts cleared live. Students would not need to wait for their queries to be resolved and can learn curriculum just like they do in a physical classroom 2. Gain from top-notch academic professionals, who are not just highly trained in curriculum deployment, but also fluent in English and Hindi. 3. By accessing content in the remotest locations, our students shall get unrestricted classroom learning no matter where they reside. Our software and platforms have been designed to ensure glitch-free video experiences to all students 4. Our students shall enjoy a peer network that’s spread across India, as our classrooms would potentially host students from multiple states and cities. This shall also give them a gateway to interact, learn and interact with students from other states 5. We envision creating a student-mentoring program on our platform, wherein senior students can handhold and support their juniors, solve their doubts, and earn an incentive in return 6. Our students would also benefit from a round-the-clock support system wherein their queries shall be responded to, even at off-hours
