STX Fresh Foods is a Limited Liability Partnership which plans to sell food products under the brand name 'Blubay'. Blubay is a trading platform wherein it trades commodities like exotic agricultural produce and pisciculture produce directly from the farmer/ fishermen to the end consumer. By doing this we provide quality and cost effective product to our customers, also maintaining short supply chain within the trade. We aim to connect every farmer, fisherman directly to the world of consumers. Our aim is to focus on unorganised sectors of food industry and make it organised. Under Blubay we aim to deliver the fresh catch of the day from across the fishing harbours directly to various B2B markets in India, prioritising post harvest quality to every customer we deal. We also aim to stock frozen seafood all round the year to cater to the needs of our B2B customers during shortage of fresh landings at the fishing harbor. Eventually, we aim to explore fresh seafood exports in Gulf & South East Asian countries thereby bringing Blubay to an international platform. Further, we aim to cultivate exotic herbs and vegetables through modern indoor technology for domestic markets and future exports under a different arm of Blubay. The brand Blubay also aims at bringing value addition to the food industry with processed ready to eat meals for Indian & International markets.
