Ecoware is India’s first sustainable food packaging company. Ecoware uses the waste of locally sourced agricultural crops such as paddy straw, wheat straw and sugarcane bagasse and converts it into disposable tableware and packaging for use in food services, medical care and industrial packaging. Ecoware products are 100% natural, biodegradable, compostable, oil/water proof, microwave/freezer safe and leak proof. Ecoware has a portfolio of 20+ products currently serving major food service operators such as Haldiram's, Chaayos, Bikanerwala. Ecoware is also used extensively where food is consumed in bulk, such as schools, hospitals, canteens, railways, airports, etc. Ecoware provides a sustainable and affordable alternative to plastic and foam disposables that have collectively caused untold damage to the environment and adversely impact human health. Ecoware also efficiently uses agricultural waste that is normally disposed by burning in the open causing pollution in major northern Indian cities during October and November.
