The business of LLP shall be: • To engage in the business of trading, importing, exporting, buying, selling, marketing, distributing, wholesaling, and retailing of all kinds of pharmaceutical, medicinal, cosmetic, and surgical products. The business activities shall include dealing in allopathic, ayurvedic, herbal, homeopathic, veterinary, and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, as well as pharmaceutical formulations, health supplements, and related healthcare products. The LLPs also intend to trade in cosmetic products such as skincare, haircare, and personal hygiene goods, along with surgical products including medical devices, disposable and non-disposable equipment, hospital supplies, and diagnostic tools. • To act as agents, stockists, distributors, franchisees, and representatives for domestic and international pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. They will also engage in ancillary services including packaging, repackaging, labelling, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations related to the aforesaid goods. The LLPs will obtain all necessary approvals, licenses, and statutory registrations from competent authorities such as the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Drug Controller General of India (DCGI), and other applicable regulatory bodies. The proposed entities further intend to establish and operate wholesale depots, retail pharmacies, franchise stores, and online distribution platforms in accordance with applicable laws. • To support and expand their operations, may enter into agreements, collaborations, and joint ventures with individuals, firms, companies, government departments, or other institutions in India or abroad. The LLPs shall also undertake all such other lawful acts, deeds, or activities as may be necessary, incidental, or conducive to the effective implementation and achievement of their main business objectives.
