To carry on in India and anywhere else in the world the business of installation, commissioning, develop, acquire, operate and maintain, provide services for Renewable Energy projects like solar, biogas’s etc., act as agent, broker, representative, collaborator, of merchandising, renting, contracting, buying, selling, reselling and or otherwise to deal in, undertake, assist, encourage, promote, developmental, scientific, technical, engineering, research activities associated with the generation, transmission and distribution of power which is derived from non-conventional and renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, energy conservation etc. and also renewable energy projects including but without limitation, solar energy, wave energy, tidal energy, energy from bio mass, hydro energy, oceanic energy, geo-thermal energy, biogas and other such sources, to carry on the business of collection, segregation, transportation, trading, processing, composting, recycling, treatment and disposal of all types of waste (whether solid, liquid or gaseous substances) and including municipal solid waste, electronic waste (e waste), construction and demolition debris, bio-medical waste, hazardous waste, sewage, waste water etc., to carry on business of green energy storage activities, development and engineering, to carry on business of manufacturing, buying, selling, importing, exporting, and dealing in Green Technology products, environment friendly machines, equipment’s, patterns, products and services including such products & services which are concerning saving earth’s renewable resources and water conservation etc. and to do all activities as may be considered necessary, desirable and expedient to the above purpose.
