Innovation= Our organisation is continuously doing research on Forensic investigation techniques in Indian scenario right from collection of the evidences to testing and preservation till reporting. This will also include the scientific equipments as well as the evidence collecting containers. Improvement: Our organisation is constantly carrying out literature review and in turn research based on the necessity. This again will include the complete chain of custody i,e right from sample collection till reporting of the cases. Scalability: Our organisation is having two Directors, one Additional Director, eight Deputy Directors in various divisions of Forensic Science (Document, Fingerprint, Cybercrime, DNA, Biology, Polygraph, Chemistry & Toxicology, Photography) and one Manager (Crime Scene)
