Surbhi micro Finance Private Limited microfinance underprivileged urban and rural women. Only urban and rural impoverished women receive micro/small loans from us. Women acquire these loans mostly for their small companies and a little for personal purposes. These women usually borrow from high-interest private lenders because they can't get loans from banks. We feel we can help by offering financial and non-financial services to the impoverished and recognising them as bankable segments. Our members receive unsecured loans through a joint liability group. This strategy uses weekly, fortnightly, and monthly meetings, mutual support, and peer pressure to ensure members use and return their loans responsibly. The joint liability concept requires the group to make loan payments for defaulting members or utilise peer pressure to achieve prompt payment.
